TERMS & CONDITIONS

 Please review the following basic terms that command your purchase of products from the NEFË website. Please note that your use of the NEFË website constitutes your agreement to follow and confine by those terms.

General

We may from  time to time change the terms that control the use of NEFË. Your use of NEFË website following any changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be confined by the terms changed. We may  change, move or delete portions , or may add to our website from time to time.

Site Security

Any personal information given to NEFË (nefeshop.com) will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any 3rd party. NEFË (nefeshop.com) site server will secure your personal information with the latest firewall and encryptions during ordering process.

You may be required to provide personal information to us when ordering a product or registering for Email Updates. You will know when this information is being collected because you will be asked to complete and submit a form. We need this information to deliver products to customers, provide customer support, to administer customer accounts and/or gather marketing and shopping habits information about our customers.

NEFË  may use this information for sales and marketing purposes. You can access, correct and update certain personal information that you have provided to us by logging in to the site with your registed email and password. Once logged in click My Account on the top of the page.

Product Availability

NEFË products displayed on the website are available until supplies last. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient items listed on our site, we do sell out of certain products and sizes. All items found on NEFË website are subjected to purposely be available in limited quatities.  We cannot guarantee product availability and products, none the less be available for immediate delivery.

We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.  If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will notify you via-email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. If the transaction is completed and the item is out of stock, we will refund you a store credit of equal amount to the nearest rounded dollar.

 Price & Payment

We accept payment by debit card (Interac online), credit card and PayPal. NEFË accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  The prices displayed on NEFË website are quoted in American Dollars (USD). Prices rate conversion will be determined by your bank at the moment of purchasing. They are displayed at the relevant rate chargeable at the time being, but exclude delivery charges which are payable in addition and shown separately during the checkout process.

We can change the prices on our site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted. However, if the rate of exchange rate changes after the date of your order, we will adjust the rate you pay unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in rate takes effect.

Shipping & Handling Charge

Product prices  displayed on do not include charges for shipping and handling or taxes.  The shipping cost are dependent  on the weight of the package. Final shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. For customers outside of Canada, additional charges may apply depending on the location. 

Please note that  if you choose Small Packet as a shipping method, the item will not be able to be tracked outside of Canada. The latter is out of our control and are regulations imposed by Canada Post. If you want a traceable package, please choose an alternate shipping method. All international shipment may be subjected to custom fees. Any imposed fees by the border are to be paid by the customer. NEFË is not responsible for any lost of packages  once  the items have left our facility. We suggest choosing a traceable shipping method for international. Any other choice will not have a tracking number.

Delivery

Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order, although most will be within 2 to 3 business days. All orders are provided with a tracking number that will be sent through email once the item has been shipped. For domestic orders (Canada) please allow up to 2-5 business days for the transit time of your merchandise.   For international orders,  please allow up to 6-12 business days for the transit time of your merchandise. If you have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify us at info@nefeshop.com.

NEFË is not responsible or cannot be accountable for any missing, damage, and/or lost international or domestic packages. As the shipper, we accept full liability for the care of your order until it has been turned over to Canada Post, at which point all delivery claims and inquiries are processed through the Canada Post claim management system.  All claims are subject to Canada Post service scrutiny and deliberation.  Canada Post is liable for all packages lost in transit. All packages marked successfully delivered by Canada Post are not subject to refund inquiries. 

 If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered, but you do not have it, we recommend checking with your local post office in person. Sometimes packages are too large to fit in a mailbox and your postal courier will leave a notice or leave the package on the side of your residence for safe keeping. We advise to verify first before contacting your local post office. Please note that we do not ship to P.O boxes.

 Refunds

 At the moment we do not do any refunds. We are happy to provide a store credit for any unworned, unused items, excluding jewelry. The tags must be attached and the original packaging must be intact. Only when we receive the return of the item and confirm, will we process to provide a store credit via email. In the future we will look to include exchanges.  NOTE: Shipping and handling and custom charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels. Upon an exchange, the customer is responsible for any packaging and shipping fees associated to the package to reach our office. The customer is responsible for any custom charges upon reception and delivery of the package.

 Order Status

 You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into “My Account” and select order status/history.  This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped or if it’s being held.

 Communication

 You agree that NEFË may send you an email for the purpose of orders, inquiries, newsletter sign up and any changes or updates to any products serviced by NEFË deemed appropriate.

 Intellectual Property & Site Content

 All and any intellectual property rights, including photographs, designs, illustrations, video clips  in the products and on NEFË website  are copyright and are controlled or licensed by NEFË. No use of these may be made without prior consent of NEFË, except to identify the products or services of NEFË (includes any platform).

  You may not reproduce, publish, modify, and sell a modified version in any sale to exploit in any way in whole or in part, any of the content, the website or any related software. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

 Cookies

 Like many commercial websites, we also automatically collect other information by way of electronic means, using cookies which are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our services. This information includes the address (or "URL") of the website that you came from before visiting our Web Sites, which pages you visit on our Web Sites, which browser software you use to view our Web Sites, your IP address and any search terms you have entered on our Web Sites or in order to access our Web Sites. This data is not used individually, but is aggregated and only used to tailor our Web Sites to better meet your interests and preferences.
